How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I bring with me?

Plan to bring your photo ID and insurance card. It would also be helpful to have a list of current medications.

What will happen during my first visit?

Your first visit will be about 1 hour long and will focus on gathering personal and health information.

What Insurance Do You Accept?

We accept all major insurance plans. We also work with clients on a sliding scale fee schedule for those individuals and families without insurance coverage.

Please bring photo ID and your insurance card to your first appointment. If you are unable to provide an insurance card, you will be responsible to pay in full for the provided service or reschedule your appointment.

How do I know if my insurance will cover Behavioral Health services?

It is your responsibility to contact your insurance carrier directly to inquire about coverage before attending your first appointment.

Will I have to make a payment at my first appointment?

You are expected to pay your copay at the time of any visit.

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
